Returns are only accepted for items that are defective upon arrival.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy for Defective Items

At DULSE1000, I prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective item, I offer the option of either an exchange for a non-defective replacement (if available) or a refund, subject to the following terms:


1. Contact Me First

Customers must contact me via email at info@dulse1000.com within 7 days of receiving the defective item. Please include a detailed description of the issue and a photographic evidence of the defect.


2. Return Authorization

Once the defect is confirmed, I will provide an email confirmation and a pre-paid return label. The defective item must be shipped back to me in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.


3. Inspection and Confirmation

After receiving the returned item, I will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.


4. Exchange Terms

  • If approved, a replacement for the defective item will be shipped to you at no additional cost (if available).

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the same item in stock. If a replacement is unavailable, you will have the option to receive a refund or store credit.


5. Refund Terms

  • If a refund is requested and approved, it will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

  • The cost of the initial shipping fee will also be compensated.


6. Shipping Costs

  • I will cover all shipping costs for returning the defective item and for shipping a replacement, if applicable.
